I believe all to be very important and all are part of the CARE model but in saying so some do rely on others to enhance their importance.

I ranked Compassion first because in order to make a difference you need to:

· Have a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.

I ranked responsibility second because I believe in order make a change you need to commit and to commit you need the responsibility. As well as a community, we are responsible for change, responsible to take action.

Thirdly, I put action; I placed action right after responsibility because once again I believe you need to be responsible in order to take action.

Lastly, I put equality, although I believe equality is a main component to our society I believe it is an overall “Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated”

In addition, equality gives us other perspectives in which will benefit us in the end.

As a member of society, I plan to:

• Have more compassion by considering more perspectives and try to truly understand and take into account the feelings, needs and motives of others.
• Take action by having more strength and courage and by standing up for what I believe in.
• Be a bit more responsible by committing to my commitments
• For equality, I will try to find better solutions without resulting in arguments as well as treating other the way I would like to be treated.
